Brittney G. Heinrich
Brittney G. Heinrich is an associate of the firm. Brittney earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Southern California in 2004. Brittney continued her studies at University of Southern California, earning a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy in 2006, and Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) in 2007. Brittney worked for 10 years as an Occupational Therapist in various inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings, served as a clinical fieldwork instructor, and taught graduate level occupational therapy courses. Brittney earned a scholarship to attend California Western School of Law, and worked full time at the VA Healthcare System as supervisory Occupational Therapist in a residential rehabilitation treatment program for homeless veterans, and she attended law school at night. In 2017, she received her Juris Doctor degree and completed a concentration in “Health Law and Policy” with honors. While studying for the Bar, Brittney worked for a California senior living operator providing risk management services and overseeing clinical compliance for assisted living communities.
Brittney’s current practice focuses on the defense of long term health care facilities, including residential care and skilled nursing facilities.
Brittney is licensed to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
