Kim Cruz

Kim Cruz is an associate of the firm.  Kim obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge in 1990.  In 1994, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was on the Honor Roll and a member of Law Review.

Kim has over 23 years of legal experience devoted primarily to the defense of healthcare providers in malpractice and elder abuse cases. Prior to joining Wilson Getty, Kim successfully defended dozens of physicians, healthcare providers, and managed care organizations in actions filed by patients and family members involving claims of professional negligence, elder abuse and neglect, fraud and other intentional acts.  Her current practice focuses on the defense of long term health care facilities, including residential care and skilled nursing facilities.

Kim is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
