Krista Schlueck

Krista Schlueck is an associate at the firm and received her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University in 2014. In 2017, Krista received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was an Academic Merit Scholarship recipient and Editor in Chief of the New York International Law Review.

Krista began her legal career in 2017 with a high-volume New York defense firm, where she was responsible for providing legal counsel to major hospitals in New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area, as well as national insurance companies. Krista’s legal experience includes numerous practice areas, including medical malpractice, general liability, labor law, sexual abuse, and personal injury. As a New York attorney, she developed and refined her ability to effectively advocate for her clients both in state and federal court.

In 2019, Krista relocated to Southern California with her husband, a United States Marine.  Following her admission to the California State Bar in 2021, Krista joined Wilson Getty. Krista is licensed to practice in all California State Courts. Krista is also admitted to the New York State Bar, New Jersey State Bar, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
